First option we offer is a flat fee listing service where we list your home on the Realtors local MLS "multiple listing service" and on the Internets number one web site for homes sales Realtor.com for a flat fee of $295 for one year. You handle everything from showing the house to contract negotiations, we are simply suppling the advertising. This option saves you money by limiting your advertising budget to only $295 and half the commission thats on a standard real estate transaction because you only pay a commission to the selling Realtor, our commission is the $295 instead of another 2.5% to 3%.
The second option is a standard listing agreement with a twist, we only charge 2.5% commission when we sell your house ourselves without another real estate agent involved and only 5% if another agent is involved.
